Ancho Chile Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with Chile Cream Cheese Frosting

How to Prepare

    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

    Pour batter into non-stick cupcake tins (use cupcake papers if necessary). Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cupcakes are done when a you put a toothpick in the center of the cake and it comes out clean.

    For the frosting, sift sugar and spices together. Mix in cream cheese and butter until frosting is well blended and smooth. Add the vanilla last.

    Spread frosting on cooled cupcakes and top with one dried chile. Enjoy!
