Apple PB Sandwich
This crunchy "sandwich" is made with apples instead of bread. So it's very healthy but still filing and sweet! You can also add chocolate chips if you want something sweeter!!
- Apple (1)
- Peanut butter (chunky type) (2 tbsp)
- (Optional) Chocolate chips
Cut the apple into1/2 inch slices.
(You will make about 4 slices)
Remove the core.
Spread 2 (half of the slices) apple slices with peanut butter.
*Add chocolate chips if you want.
Place remaining slices on top.
