Asian Fusion pan-fried BEEF
Japanese " Yakiniku" (fried Beef) taste like Chinese or Thai in 15 min.
- beef (1 lb, thin sliced)
- basil (10~20 leaves, chopped)
- carrot (1, thin sliced)
- green beans (about 20 beans, sliced)
- onion (1/2, thin sliced)
- paprica (3~5, sliced)
- celery (1/8 stalk, sliced)
- garlic (1clove, minced)
- black bean sauce (1~2 tsp)
- mushrooms (5, sliced)
- chicken soup base (1 tsp)
- fish sauce (2 Tsp)
- vegetable oil (1 Tsp)
How to Prepare
Prepare all ingredients.
*Actually, no need to use everything listed here.You can use any veges you like.
Slice or mince them.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over midium heat. Stir in garlic until fragrant. Toss in beef until browned.
Toss in onion, carrot, mushroom.
Stir in black bean sauce.
Stir in all other vegetables with chicken soup base.
Heat until tender but crisp.
Stir in fish sauce and basil for the last.
*Enjoy this "Yakiniku" with rice.
