Bacon & Eggs Sandwich
Start out by frying the bacon on a frying pan. The crisper you can get it the better!
Remove the bacon and break the eggs on the frying pan to make a small omelet. Add salt and pepper.
Lightly toast the bread, add a couple of lettuce leaves and put the omelet on top.
Put some ketchup on the omelet and add the bacon on top of that.
Finally top of with two thick slices of your favorite cheese and tomato to complete the sandwich. Serve with a salad or some leftover bacon on the side.
