Yongfook awesome! I bet the piping bag works 100x better than trying to spoon it into those paper cups - they always stick to the spoon for me! oh and here's another good way to get rid of leftover bananas: http://cookpad.it/recipes/really-really-simple-banana-icecream

Anastasia Previously I had used ice creams scoop to scoop the mixture into the tins but discovered that that method dirtied the surrounding area. Piping bag works like a dream! That banana ice cream recipe looks interesting! Will try it when I has the time.

Chelleydoo I always grease my ice-cream scoop so you will not get a mess. But still, I'm in love with how these muffins turned out. Mine always crack on top. =(

Chelleydoo Oh most welcome. Just grease it with cooking spray as and when necessary. It is so fun, haha.

Anastasia Sorry but i dont understand your question. You mean like put in a loaf
tin and bake it as a loaf of bread?

  • Daisuke Horie

Daisuke Horie Michele, I was wondering the same thing, could I just put the batter in a loaf tim and bake it as a loaf of (banana) bread? If so, would 20 min. be enough time in the oven?

  • Anastasia

Anastasia Daisuke, frankly speaking i have no idea if that would work or not as i have never thought of that! ;) Why dont you give it a try and let me know the results?
