Butamicos (Pork Balsamico)

Serves 4
- Sliced pork loin (8 )
- Sake or Sherry (1 tbsp)
- Balsamico (100ml)
- Prune concentrate (1&1/2 tbsp)
- Soy sauce (1 tsp)
- Butter (30 g )
- Mushroom (6 - 8 pieces)
- Green onion
- Curry powder
- Salt & Black pepper
- Flour
Preparations

Step 1
Make Butamico sauce.
Balsamico in a pan,
keeping the heat at medium low,turning pan sometime until it has reduced to a thick syrup(6 minutes)
then add Prune con. and soy sauce turn off the heat, mixed well. -
Step 2
Salt & a lot of Blak pepper Then flour powderly.

Step 3
Heat butter in a frying pan medium heat. Heat well both side of the pork . then take them out to a plate, leave the butter and the juice in the pan.

Now the pan is low heat, put sliced mushroom add curry powder,salt little bit and fry.

Step 5
Go back to the plate the cooked pork there, sprinkle chopped green onions then Butamico sause over the onions.

Cooked mushroom over the top.
