Using a baking mold, prepare caramel with the sugar. Put it away from the stove. You'll hear it cracking as it cools down. Don't worry.
Blend the minced cheese for it to be easier, add eggs and condensed milk. Add the water little bty little for it no to overflow.
When you have it all mixed up, pour it on the caramel.
Put the baking mold on bain marie and bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 175°C. Try with a knife, it it gets out clean, it's ready.
Remove from the mold when it's cold.
