    If you have a food processor, you can easily mince and mix the chicken together in there.

    Heat oil over medium (to 180C/350F).

  5. Step 5

    Form nuggets with the meat mixture and coat with batter. Fry in oil for about 3 minutes, turning over each nugget a few times during cooking.

    You can make all kinds of flavors by substituting different ingredients and batter seasonings. For example, try adding curry powder or black pepper into the batter!
