Chicken Vegetable Tomato Soup

Preparations

    Slice the onions. Cut the chicken (remove any skin but keep it for later), the red turnips and the sweet potato into approx 2cm cubes. Heat a pot with 2 tsp olive oil.     Add the can of tomato to the pot and mix in gently. Taste and season as required. Before serving, take out the chicken skin. Delicious served in a soup mug with cheese powder sprinkled on top, enjoy!
