We all love chocolate muffins- and with a choco-licious burst of flavor from a dash of chocolate liqueur, you'll be in heaven!

    Spread olive oil or margarine on the inside of the cup cake box, or use silicon cups. Then pour in the mixture to half way up the box, avoid over filling. Bake for 15min and remove to a cooling rack - the muffins are best served/eaten warm. If completely cooled, heat in microwave for about 30 sec and is super yummy with vanilla ice cream.
