My family loves eggplants. When I see eggplants, I always think about making this recipe. Serve with ketchup, lemon or lime.
- eggplant (5pcs.)
- minced pork (50grms.)
- egg (1pc.)
- onions (1/2 of the whole)
- flour (3tbsp.)
- negi leaves (4pcs stalks)
- salt and pepper to taste (upon your taste)

Broil the eggplant

Saute the minched pork
Mix all the ingredients blend well.
Fry until golden brown and strain on paper towel.Serve hor with any sauce you like.
