Beat the eggs thoroughly.
Add milk and stir well.
Soak the bread in the mixture.
Flip the bread and soak again.
Pour the rest of the mixture on each bread.
Add vegetable oil to the frying pan and set the cooker on medium heat.
Move the frying pan on top of a piece of wet kitchen paper to cool it down a bit (doing so will prevent the bread from burning in the next steps!)
Use another piece of paper to spread out and soak up the oil a little.
Replace the frying pan on the cooker, add butter and wait till it is completely melted.
Place the bread on the pan and fry it until the underside changes to a light brown.
Flip the bread and fry it on the other side. Serve with a bit of ice cream if you feel like it!
