Fruit Granola Biscuits
Biscuits with no added suger, so very healthy and yummy!! If you are tired of breakfast with granola and milk, make some of these biscuits instead. I often bake them as a small gift for my friends, no doubt to see their happy smiles :-)
- flour (120g)
- fruit granola (100g )
- *margarine (70g)
- *honey (tbsp 2)
- *water (tbsp 2)
- *baking soda (tsp 1)
- *molasses (as you wish) (tsp 1 )
Put flour and fruit granola into a bowl and mix them.
Put all * ingredients into a small bowl and heat with microwave for 30 second, then mix well. Pour onto the mixture, mix together and make into a small balls.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree C. Line an oven tray with cooking paper. Put the balls in the tray and flatten them to about 2mm thick with your hand, keeping a roughly circular shape. Bake for 10 to 15 min, then remove to a cooling rack.
Note: I use sweet fruit granola, if your's is not sweet at all, add sugar or honey to taste.
