Ginger Green Smoothie
I put all nutritious food in ingredients, especially good for beautiful skin. Even in a chilly season, I want to have some green smoothie, so I add ginger, which is effective to warm you up. Enjoy the healthy smoothie, and get beauty :)
- Komatsuna or green vegetable (50g)
- Banana (1/2 (50g))
- Apple (1/6 (50g))
- Soy milk (200ml)
- Ginger (about 30g)
Grate the ginger, cut all ingredients into small pieces. And put into a blender.
Blend for about 10 seconds. Stir and it's ready to drink now while it is freshest.
