Gomashio brings out the best of the potato in this easy side dish. Hot, crispy potatoes dusted in nutty, salty goodness, these crave-able potatoes are perfect for a filling side or a afternoon snack!
- medium potato (1)
- gomashio (1 teaspoon)
- oil (1 tablespoon)
Cut the potato into a few large chunks.
Add the oil in a small pot and place over medium high heat. Once hot, add the potato and let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to help brown all the sides.
Once the potato is easily pierced with a fork, it’s ready to eat! Add the gomashio to the pot and stir to coat.
