Grilled Filet Skewers
Featured Recipe, May 30 2013Summer is coming and that means BBQ season! We'll be trying these skewers on our grill for sure, hope you will too!
This dish is well-known and sold around Thailand. No one doesn't know what this dish is. If you're interested in it, just make it!!!
- Pork; filiet (600g)
- Garlic (5 cloves)
- Pepper (1 tsp)
- Coconut milk (3 tbsp)
- Soy sauce (5 tbsp)
- Sugar (3 tbsp)
- Bamboo skewers (10-15)
Chop garlic and mix with pepper into a bowl.
Add cut-pork, coconut milk and season with soy sauce and sugar.
Mix well and keep it cold over night.
Thread marinated filet onto each skewer until finished.
To avoid burning, keep turning over the filet on the grill.
Serve filet skewers on the plate with, may be, sticky rice and some fresh vegetables like cabbage, cucumber or lettuce.
