Grilled Rosemary Chicken
YUMMY! If you prepere this chicken in advance, you can cook this gorgeous main dish very quickly and easily. If you want to see happy faces of your special ones, try this recipe! :-)
- chicken (300g)
- lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- grated garlic (tsp 1)
- chopped rosemary (1 tbsp)
- olive oil (tbsp 2)
- salt and pepper (a little)
Chop the chicken into smaller pieces. Season with salt and pepper and chop the rosemary.
Put the chicken into a bag or a bowl together with all other ingredients except for olive oil. Knead the bag by hand (or if using a bowl, mix ingredients well). Leave for a half day in the fridge.
Put olive oil into a pan, fry the chicken on medium heat making sure not to overlap the chicken.
When one side has browned and sealed, turn the chicken to cook the other side on a low heat with the lid on. After cooking the chicken through, remove the lid and turn up to medium or high heat to brown and make the chicken crispy.
Put the chicken on a warm tray and pour over with the rest of the olive oil from the pan. Now it's ready to eat!
