HIYAYAKKO (Chilled TOFU)
I don't want to cook anything. But Here is a HIYAYAKO. It's Japanese traditional summer dish. No bake. just a Tofu served with some toppings. Oh, and Do't forget, Tofu have a lot of protein in it!!! Enjoy the rest of summer with your HIYAYAKKO.
- Silken Tofu (1 block)
- (Toppings of your choice)
- Chopped or thin stripes Myoga Ginger (about 2 tsp)
- Chopped Green Onion (2 tsp)
- WASABI (1/4 tsp)
- SHISO Leaf (2)
- grated Ginger (1/2 tsp)
- KATSUOBUSHI (bonito flakes) (about 1 tbsp)
- Soy Sauce (about 1 tbsp)
How to Prepare
Remove the tofu from the package and the liquid.
Cut a block into halves.Place each Tofu in a small bowl.
Put on the toppings of your choice as desired.
and Drizzle the soy sauce over the Tofu.
