Home-made Lychee Ice Lollies
Keep the syrup.
Shred the lychees into little bits.
Add 200 ml of water to the syrup from Step 1. Stir well.
This is to dilute the sweetness a little.
Again, the desired level of sweetness is up to you.
Scoop some shredded lychees into each of the moulds.
Pour the diluted syrup into a jug or some vessel that is easy to pour from.
Pour syrup into the moulds.
Freeze overnight at least.
