Honey Baked Chicken Wings
So far, I've only used my oven for cakes & desserts. So this time round, I've decided to make "real" food with it.
- Chicken wings (4 nos / 500 g)
- Melted butter (1 tbsp)
- Salt (0.5 tbsp)
- Sugar (1 tbsp)
- Pepper (1/4 tsp)
- Oyster sauce (1.5 tbsp)
- Sesame oil (1 tbsp)
- Char siew sauce (2 tbsp)
- Honey (2 tbsp)
- Dark soya sauce (1 tbsp)
- Light soya sauce (1 tsp)
- Corn flour (1 tbsp)
Rinse & drain chicken wings.
Put EVERYTHING into a Ziploc/plastic bag

NOW, plop chicken wings into bag.
It should look like this after mixing.
Open up bag.
Pour in melted butter.
Mix well again.
Tie it up, plop into a container.
In the fridge for AT LEAST 6 hours.
After 6 hours, into the oven at 150 C for 20 mins till golden brown.
