Honey Ginger Tea
I've been down with flu for the past 4 days. A China colleague, seeing my misery, suggested that I make Ginger Tea. Despite not liking ginger at all, I decided to give this a go. After all, it's too easy to make. And if drinking it makes me feel better, I'd do it.
- Water (4 cups)
- Old ginger (sliced) (2 inches )
- Honey (as desired)
Pour 4 cups of water into a container. Boil.
Thinly slice the ginger.
When the water is boiling, drop in the ginger slices.
Simmer for 15-20 mins.
When 15-20 mins are up, strain.
If you're sick, drink it vanilla.
If not, add desired amount of honey.
Now you made it, don't forget to take a Cooksnap photo to upload below! Recipe authors always LOVE to hear from you and see how their recipe turned out in your kitchen.
