    Lloyd Meta I've been making this every week at least once for the last month now, in an effort to make it better and better. I've found that: (1) the alcohol is necessary, and (2) if you leave the ribs in the heated up sauce for a while [~10 to 20mins] before cooking, the end result is more tasty and soft. :D
