Kabocha Sesame Salad
Sweet kabocha pumpkin X toasty sesame seeds! A tasty side dish you can whip up in just 5 minutes!
- Kabocha squash/pumpkin (1/8 of a whole)
- For Dressing:
- Sesame paste (white) (1 Tbsp)
- Ground sesame seeds (white) (2 Tbsp)
- Sugar (1 tsp)
- Soy sauce (1 tsp)
Cut kabocha into 2cm bite-sized pieces. Put in microwave-safe bowl and cover with wrap. Microwave (700 W) for 3 minutes, or until softened.
Mix all ingredients for dressing.
Combine kabocha and dressing, mixing until evenly coated.
