(Leftover) Pork Belly Stir Fry

- Garlic (3 cloves)
- Unrefined sugar (0.5 tbsp)
- Light soy sauce (1 tbsp)
- Water (3 tbsp)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Spring onions (1)
Slice left over pork belly into thin bit-sized pieces.
Bruise garlic cloves and fry them in olive oil till fragrant.
Mix water, sugar and soy sauce together.
Add pork belly slices in pan and fry till golden on both sides.
Add soy sauce mixture in pan and fry till sauce turns thick and sticky and all pork belly slices are covered in it.
Garnish with spring onions and serve.
