Lightly Fried Young Yellowtail with Lemon and Parsley
Enjoy the simple yet elegant taste of this recipe. Any kind of fish having white flesh would be suitable for this recipe.
- young yellowtail (250g)
- lemon juice (tsp 2)
- minced parsely (tbsp 1)
- grated garlic (tsp 1)
- rock salt (tsp 1)
- olive oil (tbsp 1)
Chop the parsely into small pieces.
Put all ingredients into a plastic bag. Rub gently in order to mix all well, then let rest for at least 15 min.
Put olive oil into a frying pan, add each fish and lightly fry on medium heat. Once cooked well on one side, turn to fry the other side. When cooked through, serve on a warmed plate and enjoy.
