Namul (Korean vegetable side dish)
I learned this recipe from my little brother. This Namul goes well with white rice! Also drinking beer with it would turn out great:D
- Bean sprouts (about 400g )
- Garlic chives（Nira）, You can substitute with green onions (1/3 of bean sprouts)
- Sugar (as wanted)
- Light soy sause (as wanted)
- sesame seed oil (as wanted )
- sesame seeds (as wanted)
The portion should be
Bean sprouts:Garlic chives = 3:1
Wash bean sprouts with cold water briefly and then cut Garlic chives into the length of thumb.
Boil plenty of water and put the veggies into it and boil them for a minute. Drain and dry them.
Put them into a bowl and put every seasoning little by little checking the taste. When the taste gets to your preference, put them in refrigerator and cool them down.
