*No Measuring!* Lazy Apple Pancakes
My mom used to make this often when I was little and this is my favorite from childhood. In this recipe you never measure anything and has only 4 steps so it's SUPER easy! It's kinda doughy compared to normal pancakes but that's actually what makes it yummy! So don't worry if it's not really "pancakes"! Good for busy college kids with no cooking skill, too! ;) Try this foolproof recipe!
- Apple (1)
- Flour (* (about 1 cup))
- Water (* (about 1/2 ~ 1 cup))
- Cinnamon Sugar (To taste)
Cut the apple into small pieces.
Put the apple in a bowl and add flour just enough to coat the apple pieces. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
*you can adjust the amount of flour you add as you like
Pour water to the mixture to create a dough and mix well.
Bake in a pan.
Don't worry if it looks doughy or a little uncooked! Tastes good anyways!
Add honey if you want it sweeter but I'm sure it's sweet enough with apple and cinnamon sugar.
