(non-alcohol) Pina colada Clafoutis
If you got a fresh pineapple, why don't you make a Pina colada (non-alcohol) clafoutis! It's incredibly easy tropical dessert!
- fresh Pineapple (100g (3.5oz))
- granulated sugar (3 tbsp)
- Unsweetened Coconut milk (100ml)
- egg (1)
- flour (2 tsp)
Cut fresh pineapple into chunks.
Grease 6 inch pie plate with butter.
Preheat oven to 180C (360F).
Mix granulated sugar, coconut milk and egg together.
then stir well in sifted flour.
Place the pineapple in a pie plate and pour the mixture over.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Dust with confectioner's sugar.
Don't forget vanilla ice cream!
