Olive Oil Chocolate Cup Cake
You can make fluffy yummy chocolate cake without using a butter. Just mix and bake. All you need is half an hour to make this super yummy chocolate cup cake! Enjoy :)
- Chocolate bar (150g)
- Olive oil (80ml)
- Eggs (2)
- Sugar (60g)
- Ram (1 tablespoon)
- Orange jam (1 tablespoon)
- Flour (60g)
- Cocoa powder (1 tablespoon)
- Bakig powder (1 teaspoon)
- Orange slice (6 slices)
Preheat the oven at 180 degree C.
Add the olive oil and melted chocolate into a bowl, and mix well.
Add the beaten eggs in batches and mix well each time. Add the sugar, ram and jam to stir in.
Add the all powder and mix gently with a spatula until no powdery texture.
Line a muffin pan with paper liners. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 of the way, put the sliced orange on the top. Then give a gentle shock to air away. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
note: I use 50g of 70 % of dark chocolate, and 100g of milk chocolate.
