Pasta and Vegetable Curry Soup
How to Prepare
Roughly chop the onion
along with the radish
and garlic clove,
and add to a large pot with a tablespoon of olive oil and your bay leaf.
Stir on a medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes to sweat down the vegetables.
Next add the curry powder and chicken stock powder.
and the 800 ml of water.
Raise the heat and introduce your chopped cabbage.
Continue to boil for 10 minutes, adding salt to taste.
Add the pasta and cook for another 10 minutes
