This recipe is super easy and fast, it was a staple in my dorm life during college! Add a few veggies and it's perfect for a casual weekend lunch. I sometimes add sliced onions and green peppers but this recipe I'm sharing is just the basic foundation. You can add any veggies or meat that happen to be in your fridge!
- Bread (1 slice)
- Ketchup (1 tbsp)
- Mayonnaise (1 tbsp)
- Sausages (2)
- Herbs of your choice (thyme, basil, oregano) (2 tsp)
- Cheese (1 slice)
Put mayonnaise and ketchup on bread
Slice sausages and place on bread
Sprinkle on the herbs
Place cheese on top (feel free to replace sliced cheese with grated or shredded, whatever you have)
Put in toaster oven for around 3 minutes or until your sausages are cooked
