Salmon Sautée with Shimeji Mushroom
When I'm bored of throwing my salmon into the oven! Frying pan does a pretty good job and my friends love it too!
- M size onion (1 )
- shimeji mushrooms (100g)
- ★ salmon fillet (1 piece)
- ★ cooking wine (2 tbsp)
- ★ corn starch (2 tsp)
- ★ salt & pepper
- butter (1 tbsp )
① Cut salmon into bite size cubes. To marinade, add ★ (cooking wine →salt & pepper→corn starch) and let it sit for 10mins.
② Cut onion into thin stripes.
In a frying pan, melt butter and stir-fry the onions till golden brown.
Add salmon cubes, with skin facing down, add shimeji mushroom, stir-fry over medium heat, till the mushroom is soft and salmon is cooked. Add salt & pepper to taste.
