Spinach Cheese TAMAGOYAKI (rolled omelette)
How to Prepare
Chop the spinach into small pieces. Beat the eggs and put them into a bowl with the spinach and mix well, then add milk, salt and pepper, and mix again.
Put olive oil into a square pan, pour on top half of the egg/spinach mix, then put the sliced cheese on top. Once the egg starts to cook(runny), slowly roll the omelette from one edge.
When rolling up, pour on the rest of the egg/spinach mix, and continue rolling. When done, leave it for a while in the pan with the heat off. Once it becomes cooler, cut them in four pieces and serve.
