We have plenty of black beans harvest and yomogi leaves (japanese herbs) from our backyard and use this for coloring. You can substitute green tea powder instead.This is very easy to make as I use hotcake mix. Soo yummy!!!
- hotcake mix (200 grms)
- egg (1pc.)
- fresh milk (150ml.)
- brown sugar (15grms.)
- boiled black beans (20grms.)
- yomogi leaves blanch (5 stalks)
- cheese (topping)
hot cake mix,black beans,egg,yomogi leaves
In a blender put egg,milk,sugar,yomogi,blend well and pour in hot cake mix then mix the black beans.
Put in a mold and steam for 15 minutes when done put the cheese and cover again until the cheese melts.
slice and serve with hot green tea
