Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie with Black Beans
Dry out black beans by cooking or roasting them on a low, dry heat for 5 minutes. Use a mixer or food processor to grind up.
Peel and quarter the kiwi, cut carrot into 3 pieces and quarter the apple piece.
Put carrots, apple, kiwi and strawberries into blender.
Add ground black beans, honey and milk. Blend up and enjoy!
