Sweet Pear Compote
Peer pears and cut as you like.
If you wanna make tart, you should cut thin and it gonna be cooked faster.
Cutting in quater is also good for sweets.
Put pears into the bowl (which is safety for microwaving) and pour 50cc white wine and 1 table spoon of sugar.
Then, mix them carefully and wrap in cellopane.
Microwave about 5 minutes (it's up to microwave) and then let the pears cool and put into the fridge.
After a half ~ 1 hour, you can eat delicious sweet pears <3
If you cook too much, you can freeze them as well.
