Originally Okinawa food.
- Minched pork (200g)
- Onion (1/2)
- Eggplant (1)
- [A] Chu-no sauce (4 Tbsps)
- [A] Ketchup (2 Tbsps)
- [A] Red chili pepper (1/2 tsps)
- [A] Garam Masara (1 tsp)
- [A] Salt (Pinch)
- Cheese (As you like)
- Lettuce leaves (4)
- Cherry tomatoes (8)
- Garlic tube (1/2 tsp)
- Olive oil (1 Tbsp)
- Cooked rice (for 2 people)
- Eggs (2)
Cut the lettuce leaves into the julienne strips, and cut the cherry tomatoes into half.
Chop finely the onion and cut eggplant into 5mm thickness.
Put the olive oil and garlic into the big size flying pan, and place over a medium heat. When garlic flavor comes up, add the onion and fry until color changes to brown.
Add the pork in 3. above and fry until color changes white, then add eggplant and fry.
When eggplant changes softly, add [A] into the frying pan and stir well and bring to the boil, then remove from the heat.
Put the eggs to other frying pan and make sunny side up eggs.
Arrange cooked rice into the plate. Put the lettuce leaves on, pour meat sauce prepared in 4 above.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes, cheese and sunny side up eggs.
