If you have a barbie, use it! Otherwise, a grill pan works just fine for me.

Cook satays on greased grill griddle and baste the meat with leftover marinade during cooking. Cook about 3 minutes on each side.

Chelleydoo Sure! I came up with this peanut sauce recipe. It is simple to use for everyday cooking and like every recipe, do tweak it until you love it. =)

    Ingredients:
1 heaped cup of coarse roasted peanuts
    4 cups unsweetened coconut milk
    Peanut butter, to taste
    2 TBS red curry paste
    3 TBS brown sugar
    3 TBS lemon juice
    3 TSP fish sauce

    Method:
Bring coconut milk to a boil and add the rest of the ingredients and adjust to taste accordingly.
