Thai Style Vermicelli Salad [Yam Woon Sen]
This dish is simple to prepare the ingredients but hard to make it delicious! Anyway, if I can make it, I am sure you can do it better than me ^^
- Vermicelli (1/2 pack)
- Minced pork (100g)
- Red onion
- Fresh chilli
- Fish sauce
- Lemon juice
Add boiled vermicelli and all ingredients in a bowl then keep seasoning fish sauce, sugar and lemon juice as your wish.
(Remark I): the taste would be strong sour, a bit salty and sweet and spicy.
(RemarkII): you can add any other meats, like boiled shrimp, squid, ちくわ, or sausages in it.
Serve in a plate and decorate with celery leaves on top.
