Thai Tea Custard with Steamed Bread
Prepare corn starch in a bowl.
Add Thai tea (or you can add any other flavors, like green tea, chocolate or strawberry and so on) into a bowl of milk sugar, egg and salt.
Boil all ingredients in a double boiler (2 separate bowl; one with ingredients on top and another with water on the bottom, like how to melt chocolate) and stir well in low heat.
Add corn starch and quickly stir until blended and cooked. Leave it for a while to get it cooled.
Cut bread in four per piece.
You might want to steam it for better taste ^^
and......it's ready to be served! You can decorate your custard by topping it with fresh cream or milk.
