Triple cheese meat lasagna
Super simple and delicious cheese-based variation on the typical white sauce lasagna.
- Cottage cheese (1 pack)
- Shredded cheddar cheese (1 pack)
- Shredded mozarella cheese (1 pack)
- Mini tomatoes (10)
- Ground beef (500g)
- Tomato pure (1 can)
- Lasagna pasta plates
Fry the ground beef on a frying pan.
Pour the tomato pure on top of the beef and stir together. Add salt, pepper and oregano to complete the meat sauce.
Grease a lasagna pan with a little butter.
Cover the bottom of the pan with the first layer of lasagna pasta.
Add just enough meat sauce to cover the pasta plates.
Chop up the mini tomatoes and add them on top.
Sprinkle the 3 types of cheese until the meat sauce is completely covered.
Add the next pasta layer and repeat. Aim for about 4 layers and finish with pasta on top.
Bake the lasagna in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 mins or until you see the top pasta start to get brown.
