Watermelon skin cold dish
Most of us throw the water melon skin, do you know the most nutrition part of the melon is it skin. I am referring to the white portion skin between the out side green skin and the red fresh. It can be a tasty and healthy cold dish. You must try on this summer.
- Watermelon skin (1/4 of a 5kg watermelon)
- Sugar (1 tea spoon)
- Vinegar (1 table spoon)
Remove the green and red portion of the skin, just take the white middle portion of the melon skin. Then cut it into strip.
Add sugar and vinegar mix well, kept in the refrigerator for at least an hour and serve.
