Karen Roadley Must this bread always be baked with a lid on, or can it be baked in a loaf tin?

Balvig I would definitely recommend having a lid since it helps keep the bread moist only taken it off at the end to get that crispy crust :) However, if you happen to have one of those loaf tins with a lid, you might get a fairly decent result from that as well!

Felice The lid works best, but one time I had to compromise by covering my baking dish with aluminum foil as a makeshift lid and it still turned out super delicious!
