I heard my friend made a stir fry dish with zucchini, which is why I decided to make this recipe! Okinawan bitter melon is so good but its bitter.. but so good... but so BITTER! For people who aren't the biggest bitter melon fans how about use the equally green zucchini! :D Cooking Zucchini with tomatoes to make pasta sauce or ratatouille is good but this is even better!
- Zucchini (1/3 Large size)
- Onion (1/2)
- Parika (1/4)
- Ham (2 slices)
- Egg (3)
- Salt (1/8 teaspoon)
- Pepper (A little bit)
Cut all ingredients thinly so the the heat can go through easily!
Put some oil in the pan and start with the onion and zucchini, cook the onion until you feel like the heat has passed through!
Next add the Ham and Paprika! Stir fry everything together and lets add the salt.
Add the egg last and stir! Don't worry about the small things! Oh, and add your desired amount of pepper! Taste try your dish and if you think you need more salt add some!
It's finished! The color variation is beautiful! We used 1/8 teaspoon of salt but do you have that utensil? It's the half of a half of a half of a teaspoon :D I had to designate the amount for the ingredients but you can alter the amount as you cook, in your own way!
