Ceviche is a traditional latin dish. This recipe is a mixture of to of my loved ceviches in the world, the peruvian version and the ecuatorian one. The fish marinated in lime and the sweetness of the sweetpotato goes just perfect.
Fondo: Recipe 1. Squeeze all the juice out the lemon 2. Boil sweetpotato with skean 25 min. 3. Chop the raw fish (1x1 cm) and marinated it with the lemon juice, salt and pepper 4. Chop onions and paprica in julienne and add to the fish/lemon 5. Take the skipe of the sweetpotato and chop them in rings (2x2 cm) 6. Ready to served.
